Our Story

In 2019, Slappin Chick emerged after meticulous planning and a dedicated effort from my brother and me. Our focus was on creating a product that would make a substantial impact, becoming synonymous with exceptional food quality.

Our vision was to establish a reputation for providing a dining experience where patrons could relish not only delectable cuisine but also receive outstanding service.  Having observed the common disparity between good food and poor service or vice versa in many restaurants, we were determined to bridge this gap. Drawing from our own experiences as consumers who frequented eateries, we aimed to offer the best of both worlds to our guests. 

Four years of persistent trial and error were invested in refining our concept, ensuring that Slappin Chick would stand out in the competitive market. Today, we are confident that our dedication to both excellent cuisine and impeccable service positions us to compete effectively with established chains.

In Hicksville, Long Island, I turned a spicy dream into reality by opening a Nashville hot chicken spot. Armed with a secret family recipe, I spiced up the local scene. Soon, the irresistible aroma lured in locals, making my joint a go-to for fiery flavor. With crispy bites and warm vibes, my hot chicken spot became Hicksville’s favorite, adding a dash of Nashville heat to our community.
